Exciting Lineup: Celebrity Chefs to Headline the 2025 Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic

Renowned celebrity chefs Todd English and Michael Mina are set to headline the 2025 Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic. Both chefs, known for their award-winning restaurants, will host their own signature tasting experiences and engage in meet-and-greet sessions during the event.

Event Highlights:

• Date: November 14-15, 2025
• Location: Walt Disney World Dolphin

Both chefs have restaurants at the hotel: Todd English’s bluezoo and Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina. Guests will experience curated tastings from these restaurants along a scenic causeway. Chef English will appear on both nights while Chef Mina will be present on Saturday, November 15.

Signature Tasting Experiences:

• Friday, Nov. 14: Chef English will present "A Culinary Journey Through Asia," featuring dishes like Bluefin Tuna trio, smoked scallop crudo, and miso carbonara udon, all paired with premium sake or wine.

• Saturday, Nov. 15: Chef Mina will host "A Global Inspired Tour With Flair," with courses such as bacon-wrapped scallop and Bourbon Steak candy bar, accompanied by exquisite wine and a dessert cocktail.

Tickets for the Signature Tasting Experiences are priced at $185 per person, limited in availability. General access to the Food & Wine Classic from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. will cost one-day tickets at $210.68. Bundle tickets for both nights offer a 10% discount at $403.30. Ticket holders will enjoy unlimited tastings from over 45 dishes and more than 170 beverage selections.
