The hotel is strategically positioned near three prestigious Sonoma County appellations—the Alexander, Dry Creek, and Russian River Valleys—making it a convenient base for wine enthusiasts.

Appellation Healdsburg features two distinct dining venues: Folia Bar & Kitchen and Andy’s Beeline Rooftop. Folia, the main restaurant, accommodates nearly 200 guests and boasts an open kitchen and a scenic terrace adorned with olive trees and garden beds from which the kitchen sources many ingredients. Palmer’s son, Reed, oversees Folia, bringing a personal touch to the dining experience. The menu, centered around local and seasonal dishes, includes items like skate wing au poivre and roasted duck breast.

Sommelier Tess Housholder curates a wine list of nearly 300 selections with a focus on Northern Californian wines alongside notable French options. Prices range from approachable bottles to high-end selections like Château Léoville Las Cases.

Meanwhile, Andy’s Beeline Rooftop offers a more casual atmosphere, complete with a lounge and stunning vineyard views. The menu consists of shareable small bites designed to pair perfectly with wine and cocktails.
