Celebrating Two Delicious Years: A Feast of Georgian Cuisine and Wine in Sebastopol Chris Lehoux, October 23, 2024 It has been two years since Piala Restaurant unveiled the flavors of Georgian cuisine in Sonoma County. (And if you’ve never tried khinkali, the famed Georgian dumpling, can you truly say you’ve experienced life?) To mark this occasion, Piala will host a supra, a traditional Georgian feast, from noon to 4 p.m. this Sunday, featuring a whole roasted pig and goat, complemented by flowing wine throughout the afternoon. Winemakers including Caleb Leisure, Martha Stoumen, Nue Wilde, and Hobo/Folk Machine will be present to share their top selections. The ticket price is $100 per guest.
