Indulge in the Perfect Pairing: Croissants and Wine in Sebastopol

Sarmentine and Sangiacomo are collaborating for a delightful pastry and wine pairing event at Region in The Barlow, Sebastopol, on February 16, from noon to 4 p.m. Attendees can choose wines by the glass or opt for a full flight from Sangiacomo Wines, known for its focus on cool climate Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

The wines will complement two mini croissants crafted by Sarmentine, a neighboring bakery renowned for producing some of the county’s most delectable croissants, characterized by their crispy and flaky texture.
