Disneyland Unveils Exciting Tasting Menus for the 2025 Food & Wine Festival! Chris Lehoux, February 14, 2025 Disneyland has unveiled its tasting menu for the much-anticipated 2025 Food & Wine Festival, which is set to take place from February 28 to April 21 at Disney California Adventure. This year, the festival promises a celebration of California-centric cuisine featuring local, celebrity, and Disney chefs who will participate in cooking demonstrations, tasting seminars, and other signature events. The festival will showcase eight marketplace booths offering a selection of small plates made with California-grown ingredients. However, the number of booths has decreased from ten to eight, with the new Mercado de Antojos joining the lineup, while booths like D-Lish, Earth Eats, and Nuts About Cheese will not return. Visitors can look forward to the "Sip & Savor" passes, which allow guests to purchase prepaid cards that provide access to a set number of food and beverage items at participating stands throughout the event. Although prices for these passes have not yet been disclosed, last year’s costs were $61 for eight items and $31 for four items. One highlight of this year’s festival is the return of the classic ride, Soarin’ Over California, allowing fans to experience flight simulations over iconic California landscapes. The marketplace booths will feature diverse offerings, including: California Craft Brews: Lemon Pepper Wings, a Sloppy Joe Slider, and a unique California Punch. Cluck-A-Doodle-Moo: Asa’dos enriched with grilled skirt steak and chipotle chicken. Garlic Kissed: Sirloin Gruyere Mac & Cheese and a Huckleberry-Citrus Cooler. Golden Dreams: Musubi Fried Rice, Cherry Cobbler Pot de Creme, and Blueberry Pancake Cold Brew. LA Style: Treats like a Mini LA Street Dog and Western BBQ Burger Bao. Mercado de Antojos: Birria Mac & Cheese, Tres Leches Cake, and Raspberry Horchata. Peppers Cali-Ente: Specialties like Shrimp Papas Locas and Corn Chip Chili Pie. Uncork California: A delightful Snickers Macaron. In addition to the marketplace booths, more than a dozen restaurants throughout Disney California Adventure will offer tasting-sized portions for the occasion. With a variety of culinary delights and special events, the 2025 Food & Wine Festival at Disneyland is shaping up to be an exciting experience for food enthusiasts and Disney fans alike.
