The Wine Group Completes Acquisition of Several Wine Brands from Constellation Brands

LIVERMORE, CA – June 2, 2025 — The Wine Group LLC (TWG), one of the leading producers of award-winning wines, has successfully finalized its acquisition of popular premium and ultra-premium wine brands from Constellation Brands, Inc. The brands acquired include Cook’s, J. Rogét, Meiomi, Robert Mondavi Private Selection, SIMI, and Woodbridge.

This acquisition expands TWG’s capabilities with three new production facilities and around 6,600 owned and leased vineyard acres across California. The facilities comprise production sites in Lodi and Monterey County, as well as the SIMI winery located in Healdsburg. Additionally, approximately 500 employees from these locations have joined the TWG team.
