Music in the Valley Folk & Wine Festival Returns to Hale Farm & Village Next Month! Chris Lehoux, June 11, 2025 Bath, Ohio, is gearing up for the return of the Music in the Valley Folk & Wine Festival at Hale Farm & Village, taking place on July 12-13 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. This year marks the festival’s 50th anniversary, celebrating the rich history and progress of folk music in Ohio. Attendees can expect an exciting lineup featuring live folk music performances, local wine and mead tastings, and traditional cooking demonstrations throughout the weekend. Notable highlights include discussions on fermentation techniques and ice cream making, alongside engaging hands-on activities suitable for all ages. The festival will be headlined by Hunter Skeens and the Forerunners, who will perform each day from noon to 3 p.m. A dozen local and regional wine and mead producers will offer tastings at the Tasting Ticket Tent starting at 11 a.m. daily. Tickets for the event can be purchased online or at the door. Admission is free for children under 2, members of the Western Reserve Historical Society, and active military personnel. Tickets are priced at $8 for children ages 3-12 and $15 for ages 13 and older. A combined admission and wine tasting ticket is available for $30, which includes 10 tastings and a commemorative glass.
