Join the Fun at Yorktown’s Wine and Oyster Festival This Weekend: Sip, Slurp, and Savor!

The Yorktown Wine & Oyster Festival is set to kick off on the weekend of September 30th, 2025, at Riverwalk Landing, providing an excellent opportunity for guests to indulge in a variety of wines and seafood offerings. The event will host around 20 wineries and distilleries, allowing attendees to sample unique blends complemented by oysters prepared in different styles: raw, roasted, or steamed.

Among the featured vendors are popular local establishments like Mattaponi Winery, Vintner’s Cellar Winery of Yorktown, and Copper Fox Distillery. Food options will be plentiful with eight food trucks, including Dong’s, which will offer seafood lumpia, and Hungry Hungry Arrow, serving seafood rolls on frybread. Kathi’s Clam Chowder will feature classic clam chowder and lobster rolls.

Adding to the excitement, the festival will include an Oyster Shuck Off competition, a culinary demonstration from Ember Restaurant, live musical performances, and various activities.

Entry requires a ticket, priced at $50 for a single day, $85 for a two-day pass, and $20 for non-drinkers. Proceeds from the festival will benefit several local organizations, including Sister Cities Yorktown and Yorktown Hospice House.

The festival promises to be a delightful experience for seafood and wine lovers alike.
