Say Oui to Wine: Discovering The Wine Station in the Social District

Thibaud Duccini, who grew up in Cannes, France, opened The Wine Station in Downtown Los Angeles in August 2025. Duccini’s childhood in a hospitality-rich environment led him to a career in the industry, starting when he was just 16 years old. After working with the Patina Group in LA for seven years and managing wine programs, he pursued formal sommelier training.

His journey to opening The Wine Station began during the turmoil of the COVID-19 pandemic, realizing he wanted to create a space of his own. He envisioned a relaxed yet vibrant environment where locals could enjoy quality wine, promoting a neighborhood vibe. Located near the Crypto.com Arena and the Los Angeles Convention Center, The Wine Station serves a range of wines, primarily focusing on French selections, while also featuring varieties from the U.S., Mexico, Argentina, and Spain.

The Wine Station encourages wine tastings, offering a wide array designed for both novices and wine enthusiasts. Their monthly tastings include an upcoming event on February 4, highlighting wines from Burgundy, France.

In addition, The Wine Station will host a special Valentine’s Day dinner from February 13 to 15, with a four-course prix-fixe menu and optional wine pairings.
