This initiative comes at a challenging time for the wine industry, which is grappling with stagnant demand, excess grape supply, and rising costs in labor and farming.

Benchland aims to provide experienced guidance for sellers facing these market hurdles while also identifying potential acquisition opportunities for qualified buyers looking for premium vineyard and winery properties. The team behind Benchland boasts a vast collective experience, having facilitated over $1.1 billion in real estate transactions and represented more than 25,000 acres sold in Napa and Sonoma.

Currently, Benchland holds over $400 million in private, off-market properties, available exclusively to qualified buyers through a confidential process.
