Major Vineyard Management Giants Merge, Shaping the Future of Oregon Wine Industry

Atlas Vineyard Management has confirmed its acquisition of Results Partners, a significant move in the Oregon wine industry. CEO Barry Belli announced the deal’s finalization, describing it as a beneficial consolidation for the industry. The acquisition shifts Results Partners away from Clearview Capital’s management and into the fold of Atlas, which is primarily owned by Juggernaut Capital Partners.

Previously, Results Partners was the leading vineyard service provider, with Atlas in second place. However, under the new arrangement, the companies will operate as separate divisions to maintain their unique client interactions. Belli emphasized that the client base would remain unchanged and that the operational teams from Results Partners would be preserved intact.

Staffing for the approximately 275 employees at Results Partners will see no alterations in their pay or titles. The merger aims to enhance customer service through shared resources and improved efficiency in operations, which Belli believes will ultimately allow them to reduce costs and provide greater value to clients.
